What can I do if I cannot find my R2 Key in the scanning list?

Please check item-by-item:

  • Double check the R2 Key number at back side.
  • Check if the display of R2 Key has been lit up. If it’s not been lit up, please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  • Is the “Connected” icon on R2 Key shown? If it’s already shown, please restart the R2 Key.
  • If it’s still failed to connect the R2 Key, please make sure the Bluetooth function is turned ON, then try to turn OFF and ON again the Bluetooth, since there may exists error in smartphone’s Bluetooth function and need to be reset.
  • There are some smartphone has BT4.0 compatability issue, please contact customer service for your issue.
What can I do if I cannot connect my R2 Key with my phone?

Please check item-by-item:

  • Double check the R2 Key number at back side.
  • Check if the display of R2 Key has been lit up. If it’s not been lit up, please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  • Is the “Connected” icon shown? If it’s shown, please restart the R2 Key and reconnect with your phone.
  • If it’s still failed to connect your phone and R2 Key, please turn OFF and ON your phone’s Bluetooth and try again.
  • Sometimes the smartphone’s Bluetooth authorization state maybe wrong, please go to Settings Bluetooth page on your phone, tap on the setting icon at the Bluetooth name of your R2 Key in “Paired devices” or “My devices”, and tap “Forget this device”. And turn on R2 Key to proceed.
  • Restart the smartphone, and try launch R2 again.
  • There are some smartphone has BT4.0 compatability issue, please contact local customer support.
Why R2 Key is disconnected from my phone, which is just nearby?

We adopt low energy bluetooth profile between I.X R2 Key and phone. However, the wireless signal could be affected or even isolated by many factors, like metal, or human body, and may cause the disconnection.

Why cannot I find Bluetooth pairing request dialog?

Please check system notification tray of your smartphone, there should be one pairing request notification.

Why the Bluetooth OTP dialog dismissed quickly before I input OTP and press OK?

Some smartphone may have such issue when process OTP input, please try to do the Bluetooth pairing from Settings Bluetooth.
